Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop our pharmacy department at Spire London East Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exemplary pharmacy service, leading and motivating the pharmacy team, and advising on the safe management of medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the pharmacy team.
  • Advise on the safe management of medicines and ensure compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Be GPHC registered with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Management and leadership experience.
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care and communication skills.
