Job Title: Lecturer in Counselling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counselling Lecturer to join our team at OnlyFE. As a Counselling Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to our students on our Counselling courses.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and contribute to the development of our Counselling programmes. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering effective teaching, learning, and assessment to undergraduate students on our FdA and BA (hons) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy programmes
  • Supporting students in their academic and personal development
  • Maintaining and developing the curriculum to ensure relevance to Counselling and the wider industry
  • Engaging with students using a variety of learning and teaching modes, including face-to-face and blended learning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A UK Honours degree (or ENIC-NARIC recognised degree) in a relevant discipline
  • A PGCE or other teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one within 2 years of appointment)
  • A Postgraduate qualification at level 7 in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification
  • Registration with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or equivalent practice experience and a current practicing counsellor
