Global Technology Lawyer - AI Compliance Job Description
Lenovo is seeking a global technology lawyer to join our legal team and provide expertise on AI compliance. As a global technology lawyer, you will assist in developing and implementing compliance measures to ensure our organization remains compliant with AI regulations and laws.

About the Role
This position requires a JD or LLLM degree and admission to practice law. You should have at least 12 years of legal counseling, drafting, and negotiation experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably focused on AI, software, SaaS, and related technologies. Experience with legal and regulatory interpretation concerning advanced technology is essential, along with effective interpersonal interaction, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are also required. Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously under deadline pressure, you should demonstrate exceptional judgment, integrity, and the ability to give practical advice appropriately weighing legal and business objectives. A strong team player who can work well with colleagues in all functional groups, committed to personal growth and development by actively seeking feedback and responding constructively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance measures to ensure our organization remains compliant with AI regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI regulations and laws.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in AI regulations and laws and provide guidance to employees on compliance.
