Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate - Contentious Trusts & Probate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on contentious probate, trusts disputes, and Court of Protection matters
  • Handle 1975 Act claims and other estate disputes with the highest level of client care
