Job SummaryWe are seeking a Support Worker Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with service users to understand their needs, preferences, and aspirations. You will provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals, improve their quality of life, and realize their hopes and dreams.
About the Role- Work closely with service users to understand their needs, preferences, and aspirations.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to help service users achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare workers, social workers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Advocate for service users' rights and interests, ensuring they receive fair and respectful treatment.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to live independent lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
- An understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
We offer a competitive salary of $26,000 - $36,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:

$31,000 per year is an estimated salary based on location and experience.
