We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our Risk and Compliance team at Talk Staff. If you have experience in conducting risk analysis, AML checks, resolving escalated conflicts, and serving as a point of contact for client onboarding queries, we want to hear from you.
Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in risk or compliance, ideally in a professional or financial services environment

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client onboarding processes are compliant
- Resolve client due diligence, conflict, and other risk escalations, and liaise with partners and staff members firm-wide
- Resolve conflicted issues with partners and other department members and the wider business
- Conduct reviews of new business, including client due diligence and risk assessment
- Identify and facilitate resolution of conflicts of interest and confidential information issues
- Evaluate and escalate any issues as necessary
