About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Counselling & Practice team at EACH Counselling and Support. As Head of Counselling & Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality counselling services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence, and alcohol and substance misuse issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Counselling & Practice team to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, accessibility, and reach.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a counselling or mental health services setting.
- Strong knowledge of counselling theories, practices, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
