BAM Nuttall is a leading construction company that prioritizes sustainability and community engagement. We are currently recruiting for a Social Sustainability Specialist to join our team in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be highly competent in MS Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have knowledge and experience in National TOMs and the Social Value Portal.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will lead the development of BAM volunteering documentation, processes, and Ambassador programme, support Enabling Services teams to identify and organise group volunteering events, work with BAM Learning team to ensure e-learning modules on Safeguarding, and Social Sustainability are up-to-date, engage with external partners/stakeholders as requested, research and identify future partnerships/partners, and ensure a high level of understanding of Social Sustainability among stakeholders.

The role requires strong organisational skills, ability to manage own time effectively, and experienced in strategic and impactful stakeholder management/community engagement; managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
