About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Transformation Office to join our team at Collinson. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with our company vision and goals.
  • Lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO) team in the development and maintenance of best practice methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Establish and lead governance forums to ensure robust oversight and decision-making across our transformation initiatives.
  • Champion the communication, training, and adoption of standardized ways of working across the organization.
  • Deliver accurate and timely portfolio health reports to senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify and manage strategic risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • University degree plus 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing hybrid portfolios and driving transformation initiatives.
  • External certifications in Portfolio Management desirable but not essential.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
