About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Transformation Office to join our team at Collinson. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with our company vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of transformation professionals to deliver high-quality results and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives, and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance structures to ensure transparency, accountability, and oversight of transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of tools and templates to support effective programme delivery, and ensure their adoption across the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on transformation best practices, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, programme managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in a transformation leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including programme management, project management, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience working with hybrid portfolios, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • External certifications in portfolio management, such as MoP or PfMP, are desirable but not essential.
