Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Crawley area.

This service provides care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, aiming to promote independence and a high quality of life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Ensure the service meets the needs of service users and their families
  • Develop and implement care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in Learning Disabilities care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, service users, and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
