As a key member of the Harvester team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen to deliver exceptional food quality and service. Your role will involve inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

With a passion for creating a positive and productive work environment, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that every guest leaves the restaurant feeling satisfied and eager to return.

As a Senior Kitchen Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, with access to paid-for qualifications and a comprehensive training program. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme, health and dental plans, and a pension.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control
