Internal Trainer

Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Internal Trainer to join our team. As an Internal Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training and onboarding sessions for our new team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip new team members with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and support on the regulated advice process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with all teams and senior management to enhance training programs and materials.
  • Plan and develop training programs across the business.
  • Ensure our knowledge base is updated regularly with relevant content.
  • Ability to listen to calls for compliance, quality control, and training purposes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear technical support and training sessions.
  • First-class organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence and work collaboratively with all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Passionate about planning and delivering effective training programs.
