IT Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment Limited. As an IT Trainer, you will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps and developing curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a range of training methods, including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training
- Develop and deliver technical demonstrations and IT training/workshops
- Work with a small team to deliver training to users with different learning styles
- Have a strong understanding of MS Office 365 and MS Teams
- Experience running technical demonstrations and IT training/workshops
- Delivering both online and offline training
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest and curiosity for technology and how it links a business together
