IT Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Ltd.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps and developing training curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.
The IT Trainer will work in a small team, delivering a variety of training methods, including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training.
This is a hybrid role, with a 50% split between home and office work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering technical training sessions
- Developing and maintaining training materials
- Collaborating with the team to identify skills gaps and develop training solutions
- Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
The ideal candidate will have experience in running technical demonstrations and delivering both online and offline training.
