Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced practice manager to lead our healthcare organisation at Brockwell Park Surgery. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities. They will also be responsible for managing large multidisciplinary teams, developing and implementing projects, and ensuring compliance with NHS and CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organisational and operational leadership, with a focus on strategic planning, finance, and human resources.
  • Manage the procurement of organisation equipment, supplies, contracts, and services.
  • Develop and implement an efficient business continuity plan.
  • Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating all projects within the organisation.
  • Ensure the team reaches a range of targets, including QOF, Enhanced Services, PMS, and local schemes.
