We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our client, a specialist contractor and market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the practical management, planning, and delivery of every stage of a construction project, ensuring building projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time, while maintaining excellent standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee schedules of work and delegate tasks to the team to ensure each phase of a build goes to plan.
  • Travel and stay away from the office when necessary.
  • Attend the Head Office when required.

Valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications are essential. Previous experience as a Construction Manager is required, with experience working with Pre-Cast Concrete structures being advantageous but not essential.
