About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Key Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team at Ofwat. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering our strategy and leading the development of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Manage small workstreams or projects, providing effective scrutiny and challenge to companies' submissions.
  • Analyse commercial, financial, and technical proposals, preparing recommendations for senior management.
  • Engage with water and wastewater companies on their large infrastructure projects, developing strong relationships and supporting them to deliver value for customers.
  • Provide wider support to the Major Projects team, including interfaces with RAPID and PR24.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Leadership: Proven experience in leading project teams and managing multiple workstreams.
  2. Analysis and Evaluation:** Strong analytical skills, able to evaluate complex data and prepare recommendations.
  3. Communication:** Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  4. Relationship Building:** Ability to build strong relationships with key external players in the sector.
