Senior Capital Projects Executive

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at ScottishPower. As a Senior Capital Projects Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of capital projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, particularly in the utilities sector, with a strong understanding of risk management, procurement procedures, and contract management. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multi-discipline teams.
In this role, you will be accountable for delivering outputs, incentive metrics, and milestones in line with business targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's integrated management system and project quality plan.
You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that construction sites are managed safely and that environmental risks are mitigated. You will also promote and implement external and internal stakeholder engagement and community liaison for projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant engineering, project management, or quantity surveying degree, or equivalent experience in project management. You will also need to demonstrate full lifecycle project management experience within the UK utilities sector.
