About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our UK Operations team in Hamilton International Technology Park, Blantyre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our roadmap of improvements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Validation: Assist in automating and improving invoice validation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Dispute Tracking: Continuously improve dispute tracking from initial supplier disputes to credit recovery
• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Reporting and Insights: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Project Support: Support project management document development, ensuring they are written and approved at each stage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights from complex data
• Experience with data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Excel, and data visualisation platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information effectively
• Proven ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions
• Understanding of business principles and financial concepts to contextualise data analysis
• Knowledge of the UK Energy Market and Smart Metering Infrastructure
