Fundraising Supporter Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Supporter Development Coordinator to join our team at Church Urban Fund. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain individual supporters, ultimately driving growth in fundraising income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual supporter acquisition and development plans to increase the Church Urban Fund's active individual supporter base.
- Manage income and expenditure budgets, accurately monitoring and analysing campaign performance and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Fundraising and Communications teams to ensure seamless supporter journeys and touchpoints.
- Source and develop strong fundraising propositions for marketing activities, leveraging CUF case studies and stories.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Fundraising Regulations, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven success in delivering individual supporter fundraising programmes and developing journeys and touchpoints.
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience of briefing and managing external agencies.
- Strong mass communication skills, with the ability to write compelling appeals and campaigns.
- A head for numbers, with experience of budgeting and analysing results.
- Good knowledge of using CRM databases and social media channels.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of one day per week in the office.
- 22 days' annual leave, plus 3 CUF discretionary days and Bank Holidays.
