We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to receive full training, gain valuable experience, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in supporting both clients and the internal administration team. Your responsibilities will include handling day-to-day customer communications, managing administrative tasks, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming phone calls and distributing post
  • Scheduling client meetings and preparing necessary documents
  • Building strong client relationships and addressing inquiries
  • Supporting internal team projects and maintaining internal systems
  • Assisting with seminars and covering reception as needed

We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous administrative experience is a bonus but not essential.
