At CityFibre, we're on a mission to create a broadband network that works seamlessly for everyone, every day. As a Senior CDM Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our construction projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain CDM documentation processes from pre-construction information to completion
  • Ensure 3rd line assurance audits are maintained and managed in line with review timelines
  • Complete internal auditing of our management systems
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support to key stakeholders and the wider team on CDM matters
  • Continually review process and system improvement opportunities
What You'll Bring
  • Strong CDM or SHE experience, with good working knowledge of CDM 2015
  • Specialist experience guiding, advising, and supporting on CDM issues
  • Experience delivering CDM-based improvements in processes and policies
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
