HSQE Advisor

Connectment is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to support the Head of HSQE in managing compliance within our organization and driving the development and implementation of HSQE policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of HSQE in managing compliance within our organization
- Develop and implement HSQE policies and procedures
- Conduct on-site inspections and audits
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Deliver safety training and briefings
- Compile detailed reports
- Attend site meetings
- Develop new safety-related procedures and safe systems of work
- Assist with the maintenance of all HSQE records
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by the business
- NEBOSH H&S Diploma or higher
- Proven record of utilities experience
- Knowledge of CDM and Environmental Legislation
- Experience in undertaking accident/incident investigations
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental management systems
- Experience of developing and implementing KPIs and targets
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to motivate teams and influence safe working practices
- Experience with implementing and monitoring Safe Systems of Work
- First aid at work
- Full driving license
