Job Role

We are seeking a Key Client Relationship Executive to join our team and drive strategic relationships with key clients in the transport sector. As a Key Client Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our high-value clients. You will be responsible for leading the account management team, ensuring the delivery of tailored transport solutions, and driving revenue growth within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate contract teams to deliver excellent service and cleaning standards.
  • Conduct quality audits as per contractual agreements.
  • Monitor and manage targets set for the Contract Management team.
  • Ensure training and induction are conducted for all staff.
  • Ensure site supervision/management utilize the timegate system for employee wages and recording, booking, and monitoring of holidays, sickness, and absenteeism.
  • Report accidents/incidents as per company policy and procedure.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in the cleaning industry within the bus/public transport sector.
  • Experience in managing a fleet cleaning contract with set quality KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
  • A valid driving license is required.
