Job Description

Job Title: Family Support Worker

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to client sites)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a Family Support Worker, you will work with families to provide support and promote the well-being of children and young people within the family unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of family needs and develop effective support plans.
  • Work in partnership with families to ensure timely and appropriate support.
  • Proactively engage and support vulnerable and challenging children, young people, and their families to strengthen the family unit and improve outcomes.
  • Employ a holistic approach to coordinate and enhance collaboration among all services working with the family.
  • Implement, monitor, and review family support intervention plans and evidence-based parenting programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in direct work with children and families.
  • A valid UK Drivers License and access to your own vehicle.
