About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Colleague to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Service Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient running of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work across multiple departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including serving customers at the checkouts, replenishing products on the shelves, and perfecting pizzas.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers, promoting a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives, working collaboratively with the team to maximise sales and deliver a great online shopping experience.
