We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Courier with Excellent Customer Service to join our team at Royal Mail.
About the Job
As a Courier with Excellent Customer Service, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve any issues that may arise during your rounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a safe and secure manner
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve any issues that may arise during your rounds
- Be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
- Have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
