Customer Service Support Coordinator

This is a Part-Time role: 18.5 hours per week.
Join the vibrant team within the Hair, Beauty and Media Makeup department at our Printworks campus as a Customer Service Support Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the Service Support Manager in various functions to ensure that the support service is delivered efficiently across the department and its associated sites, adhering to curriculum standards. You will also provide exceptional customer service support to all stakeholders associated with LCC on a daily basis.
Your Responsibilities- Effectively implement all systems and procedures to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs at designated sites with specialized vocational training within your area of responsibility.
- Ensure the seamless operation of salons, dispensaries, and reception areas.
- Evaluate students on reception, sales, and service units as required.
- Assist the Service Support Manager in all aspects to guarantee effective delivery of support services across the department and associated sites, while providing a high level of customer service support to all LCC stakeholders on a daily basis.
- You will be a high-achieving professional, ideally with a background in Hair or Beauty.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail along with excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrate substantial customer service experience.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced educational environment.
