We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team at Kingston Barnes Ltd. As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice on a wide range of property-related matters, including building surveys, contract administration, project management, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on a variety of property types and to a range of clients, many of whom are core clients of the business.
  • Develop and manage client relationships to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
  • Support the Director in growing the business line and achieving our objectives.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff members to ensure their continued growth and development.

  • Target driven and able to work at pace.
  • RICS qualified.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS software, and Microsoft packages.
