About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Arboricultural Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our arboriculture department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on tree development and urban forestry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading fieldwork and preparing planning documents such as Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Advising on BS5837 consultancy and arboricultural planning.
  • Navigating arboricultural planning policy and contributing your insights in project team meetings.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring your advice shapes the success of their projects.
Requirements
  • Experience with BS5837 consultancy.
  • An academic background in arboriculture or a related environmental discipline.
  • Technical membership with the Arboricultural Association.
  • Knowledge of the UK planning system as it relates to trees.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication, organization, and management skills.
