Job Title: People Development Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our organisation by providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and providing support to employees on various HR-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to employees at all levels.
  3. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  4. Support employees on various HR-related issues, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, recruitment, and selection.
  5. Collaborate with senior managers to plan and deliver change initiatives.
  6. Identify opportunities for HR service improvement within HR operations.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience of working in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus benefits.
