- Conduct thorough assessments with families, working closely with Family Support Workers to ensure fair and evidence-based reports.
- Build strong relationships with families to deliver effective support interventions and help parents improve their parenting skills.
- Provide expert witness testimony in court proceedings.
What We're Looking For:
- A registered Social Worker (SWE) with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families in a statutory setting.
- Proven experience in completing robust parenting assessments and safe practice techniques.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
