Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Fulbridge Social Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, interaction, and support to children and young adults in our residential care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to young people aged 11-21
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, social activities, and education
- Support the development of life skills and independence
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the needs of each young person are met
Requirements:
- Confidence, patience, and understanding when working with young people
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS clearance and completion of our induction programme
