Job Summary:

The Care Bureau is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences
  • Perform light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities that bring them joy and fulfillment

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Kind and compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as travel may be required to visit clients in their homes
