Job Summary:

The Care Bureau is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients' dietary needs are met
  • Perform light household duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Encourage and promote independence, enabling clients to maintain their autonomy
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Kind and compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, to enable travel to client locations
