We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Hunter Mason. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer orders, and providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations using our bespoke order and customer management system and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and other critical details.
  • Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide detailed quotations and technical support for customer inquiries.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Maths, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • High level of IT literacy, with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with accurate time management and record-keeping.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience.
  • 37.5-hour work week with flexible hours for site visits.
