Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals to make informed decisions about their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to promote independence.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Patience and empathy when working with individuals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak on behalf of others and communicate effectively with professionals.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to record events accurately.
  • Observational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage finances.
  • Ability to make decisions and follow through.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
