Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Strategist to develop and implement innovative fundraising initiatives, driving growth and success through effective campaign management and budget oversight.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
This will involve designing and executing high-impact fundraising campaigns, leveraging multiple channels and engaging stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, incorporating multiple income streams and engaging stakeholders.
- Campaign Execution: Design and implement high-impact fundraising campaigns, leveraging multiple channels and inspiring community engagement.
- Budget Oversight: Effectively manage the fundraising budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximising revenue generation.
- Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular updates on fundraising performance, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Innovation and Growth: Identify new opportunities and trends in fundraising, introducing fresh ideas to enhance our reach and impact.
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional communication and project management skills, able to drive fundraising success through collaboration and creativity.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in senior fundraising roles, with a proven track record of achieving fundraising targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform fundraising strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build partnerships.
- Competitive Salary: £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Pension: stakeholder pension scheme with Royal London
- Health Scheme: Westfield Health Scheme covering eye tests, glasses, dental checks, treatment, physiotherapy, consultations etc.
- Life Assurance: 2.5 times annual salary on death of the employee.
