Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate customer deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Manage customer requests and anomalies, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate annual leave for depot staff, ensuring adequate labour coverage during peak periods.
- Recruit, train, and develop new drivers and assistants to meet Castell Howell Foods' standards.
- Optimize vehicle and labour resource utilization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Coordinate loading and departure of delivery vehicles, accommodating customer requests and daily issues.
- Monitor and adjust delivery routes to optimize workloads, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily/weekly driver infringements, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Liaise with the Sales Team to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks and maintain a clean and well-maintained fleet.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team of 20+ multi-drop delivery drivers.
- Full-time position with occasional weekends during peak periods.
