Senior HR Executive

The Role: As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance reviews. You will also ensure compliance with College, Trust, and legal HR policies and guidelines, manage and maintain accurate personnel records, and produce HR-related reports for the Governing Body and Senior Managers. Additionally, you will liaise with external organisations such as Payroll, Pension providers, HMRC, and Occupational Health.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Act as the principal HR contact for Senior Leaders, Governors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with College, Trust, and legal HR policies and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain accurate personnel records within the College's HR systems.
- Produce HR-related reports for the Governing Body and Senior Managers.
- Liaise with external organisations such as Payroll, Pension providers, HMRC, and Occupational Health.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and compliance requirements. You should also have exceptional communication and leadership skills to support staff development and proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
