Non-Executive Director Opportunity

Our client, a dynamic Founder-led business in the bar scene, is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and expansion plans.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong finance background, with experience as a CFO or NED in the late-night venue or bar industry. They will be able to advise on potential investment partners and buyers, and have a network of contacts to support the company's expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on finance and business operations
  • Identify and evaluate potential investment partners and buyers
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive business expansion
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organization
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CFO or NED in the late-night venue or bar industry
  • Strong finance background with a network of contacts

  • Track record of growing and scaling similar businesses
