We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Repairs and Contracts Officer to join our team at Southwark Council. As a key member of our Homeownership Services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of repairs and contracts officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Precision: Manage and support the repairs and contracts officers, ensuring good governance and utilising exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
