About Us

We are Richmond and Wandsworth Council, a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering excellent services to our community. Our Spatial Planning Service is a key part of this effort, and we are seeking a skilled Senior CIL and S106 Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to administer CIL and S106, focusing on enforcement of non-payment of CIL. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CIL and S106, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer CIL and S106, ensuring accurate and effective collection of developer contributions.
  • Prepare cases for magistrates court and meet challenging deadlines to ensure the Spatial Planning Service is recognized as delivering an excellent service.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of planning obligations and infrastructure projects.
