Job Title: Senior Contract Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Contract Officer to join our team at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proactive approach to administering the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and monitoring Section 106 (S106) agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer CIL and S106 agreements with a high level of precision and accuracy
  • Prepare cases for magistrates' court and meet challenging deadlines
  • Ensure the Spatial Planning Service is recognized for delivering an excellent service
