Wir suchen nach einem motivierten und engagierten Retail-Assistenten (Stockroom) für unsere Nike-Filiale in Cheshire Oaks. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Bereitstellung eines weltklasse Service für unsere Kunden spielen.

Deine Aufgaben werden dir folgende sein:

  • Unterstützung unserer Retail-Leiter und Floor-Manager bei der Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter.
  • Unterstützung verschiedener Abteilungen im Geschäft, wie z.B. Kasse bedienen, Waren verwalten, Produkte im Verkaufsraum auffüllen und visuelle Displays aufbauen.
  • Dein Wissen über digitale Geräte nutzen, um eine Verbindung zwischen Online- und Offline-Verkäufen oder -Dienstleistungen im Geschäft herzustellen.
  • Verbraucher und neue Teamkollegen über die NIKE-Produkte und -Dienstleistungen informieren.
  • Dein Wissen über unsere Werkzeuge und Schulungskurse verbessern, um auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben und mehr Einblicke in Verkaufstrends, NIKE-Produkte, -Dienstleistungen und -Kultur zu gewinnen.

Wir suchen nach einem Teammitglied, das:

  • Bevorzugte Erfahrung im Kundenservice und/oder Einzelhandel hat.
  • Effektive Kommunikation, Markenbotschafter und kollaborativer Teamkollege ist.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Verkaufstechniken anzuwenden.
  • Flexibel in der Planung und verfügbar ist, um Einzelhandelszeiten zu arbeiten, die Tag, Abend, Wochenende und/oder Feiertage umfassen können, je nach Bedarf der Abteilung und des Geschäfts.
