About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and maintain the proper use and operation of all equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage department budgets and expenditures, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Oversee the inventory and use of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
  • Coach and develop the Facilities team, promoting associate engagement and driving a culture of excellence.
  • Embody Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, demonstrating a commitment to our company's mission and vision.
  • Ensure that Facilities Associates and Porters are adequately trained, equipped, and engaged, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with a high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
