Are you passionate about enhancing the teaching and learning experience at a leading private provider of higher education? We are seeking a Senior Educational Development Specialist to join our team at Global Banking School.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in educational development to lead our efforts in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning across the institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance digital literacy, inclusive practices, and work-related learning. They will also provide one-to-one support to teaching staff and lead projects to promote and enhance the quality of teaching and learning at Global Banking School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance digital literacy, inclusive practices, and work-related learning
  • Provide one-to-one support to teaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Lead projects to promote and enhance the quality of teaching and learning at Global Banking School
  • Collaborate with academic colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
  • Mentor and support applicants for Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy
Essential Skills and Experience
  • A master's degree or higher in a subject related to teaching and learning
  • Proven track record of achieving high-quality outcomes on projects and plans
  • Substantial evaluation and research experience in a relevant area
  • Familiarity with higher education metrics and frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities

Salary £65,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
