Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Woolwich. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with learning difficulties or disabilities in a primary school setting
  • Work with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping and preparing resources
  • Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH/SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Organized, reliable, and flexible with a can-do attitude
