The role involves working as part of our flying squad, operating ad-hoc trips offshore from Aberdeen, mainly in the North Sea. You will receive a retainer salary plus company benefits and day rates for any trips you commence.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and installing electrical equipment as required
  • Installation and calibration of MIPEG rated capacity indicators
  • Testing and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Attending pre-mobilisation meetings as required
  • Assisting with the generation of a bill of materials
  • Understanding the management of change process to be able to identify and initiate management of change events
  • Applying EnerMech Group and, where appropriate, Client's Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures

To be successful in this position, you must have an Electrical Apprenticeship and a recognised professional qualification, as well as a valid Compex certificate. You will also hold an 18th edition wiring qualification. Previous offshore experience and valid offshore certificates are preferred. You will hold Permit to work training and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
